Welcome to the Information and Registration Page for the 2027 Phnom Penh International School Education Fair!
We’re excited to invite your school to Cambodia's first ever international school education fair which will take place on Saturday, the 30th of January, 2027 at the Phnom Penh Shangri-La Hotel.
This event is all about providing families with direct access to information about school options and pathways for their children. There will be no performances or live presentations to ensure that parents can fully engage in meaningful conversations with school representatives.
Instead of a printed event brochure, visitors will receive a simple floorplan with school booth listings upon entry. This layout is designed to help families easily navigate the event and connect with participating schools.

The booths are 2.5 meters X 2.5 meters. Dimensions of the tables used for the booths is provided in the picture here. Each table will be covered with a table cloth. Four chairs will be provided for each booth (two on each side).

Each school will have a 10-minute stage time slot during the fair, while spots are available. Schools with double booths will have first priority when selecting their preferred stage time. Once all double booth schools have made their selections, single booth schools will then be able to choose from the remaining available time slots. Selection will be conducted in the order in which schools registered for the fair.
Schools are welcome to use their 10 minutes of stage time in any way that best represents their school. Presentations may include remarks from school administrators, slide presentations, videos, performances, or other creative activities. Schools may also choose to feature student performances as part of their stage time.
A list of available stage time options is provided below.
Please note that the 10-minute time limit includes any setup time required for instruments, equipment, or other materials. A countdown timer will be displayed on the side of the stage, and the timer will begin immediately after the previous school's stage session has concluded.

The Student Talent Shows at the Phnom Penh 2027 Education Fair will be presented in an open showcase format, allowing students to freely share their talents and creativity.
A grand piano will be available on stage and can be moved to the center as needed for performances. Music backtracks and other audio accompaniments may also be used to support individual or group acts.
- Can a teacher or older student play the piano with younger student performers? Yes, this is fine, so long as that the emphasis of the performance is on the student performers of the age group of the show.
- How long are the time show slots? - Each slot is five minutes.
- How much to set up time is there for the stage for each performance? - There is no set up time. Due to tight time constraints, a performing group only has five minutes. This is timed with a red clock on the side of the stage.
- What do students receive? All performing student groups receive a certificate.
- What kind of piano is it? - a Yamaha C3

The fair will officially begin with the Little Stars - Big Dreams song. Students from participating schools will practice the song Million Dreams with their parents and music teachers. Students will then arrive at the fair at 8am to practice as a group before performing on stage at 9am.
For the upcoming fair, we’re excited to introduce a special video segment titled “Little Stars – Big Dreams.” This session will spotlight younger students, from Kindergarten to Lower Primary, in a light-hearted and inspiring interview format. Students will be asked a few simple questions such as their name, school, grade level, favorite things about their school, and what they want to be when they grow up.
To celebrate their participation, the students will also perform a group song on stage. Full details about the song and session arrangements will be shared in the coming weeks. The song and video will be conducted in the morning (around 9am).
Portrait pictures will also be taken and posted for each participating student with our special Little Star Boards. See photos below as example.
A shared registration spreadsheet will be sent out after school registration for those wishing to take part in the “Little Stars – Big Dreams” session.

Magic Bucket Prizes
Each participating school may contribute up to 10 ping pong balls, with your school’s name written on them.
Here’s how it will work:
We recommend simple, kid-friendly items such as balloons, small stuffed toys, or other fun and cute items that also represent your school. When the child exchanges the ball with your staff, it’s a great opportunity to introduce your school and programs to the family. The goal is to encourage conversations with families who may not have initially planned to visit your booth.
Participation is completely optional. If your school would like to join, please prepare:
We will collect the ping pong balls on the morning of the fair, before the event begins.
Each participating school will receive space in the official fair brochure. Schools with one booth will be allocated a one-page listing, while schools with two booths will receive a two-page spread. Schools are responsible for designing their own page(s) and submitting the final artwork by December 30. Files should ideally be provided in JPG format.
Below is a mock-up showing the required elements that must be included on each page. For schools with a two-page spread, the seven required items may be divided between the two pages. Please note that the layout shown in the mock-up is for reference only and does not need to be followed. Schools are welcome to use any design or layout they wish, provided all required information is included.
